Experience Youth Group is a completely free Youth Group that meets in the basement of East Olds Baptist Church almost every Friday Night! We play games, talk about God, and have some great times! This year we are going through a series called Acts in Sixteen Acts. We are talking about the book of ACTS and the deep truths that are found throughout. This is a continuation of the year long theme of Diving Deep. A schedule of events can be found down below.

If you are a parent or guardian of a youth and would like to know what opportunities there are for your youth coming up you can join through discord Discord Chat for the Youth or Instagram @eygpastor. (There is an Instagram chat for the youth for upcoming events. Also, we are updating our Facebook group as well: EYG Facebook Group. Or you can feel free to text Pastor Chris for more information. 403-501-4705.

We abide by four core tennants: God, friendship, safety, intentionality: Our mission at EYG is to first and foremost teach the Gospel to the youth, to have fun, inclusive Bible study times that teach the importance of the Bible, God’s great love, and the joy of being a Christian.  Secondly, we want to encourage friendship through games, ice breakers, and events throughout the year.  Also, we want it to be a safe and secure environment (that doesn’t mean injuries don’t happen).  We will do our best to keep the youth safe, to have a place they can go where they can be a youth, and enjoy their Friday nights.  Finally, we have the big word...intentionality.  We want to put everything we have into this youth group.  The idea of intentionality is that we will focus on bringing the youth in, teaching them what is important, and giving our all to developing the group.  We will be intentional!

We welcome all youth ages Jr. High to Sr. High (Age 11-Gr.12).
